Professional conduct

Clients are expected to maintain professional conduct during remote and on-site interactions, including meetings, field activations, and team workshops. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misconduct, harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of professional ethics, without prejudice to the contractual obligations already incurred.

Limitation of liability

While our work is designed to generate measurable commercial impact, final results depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, internal execution, pricing, inventory, and the client's own commercial decisions. João Pedro Cavalcante Gonzaga is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from the implementation, partial implementation, or misuse of the strategies, materials, and recommendations delivered.

Confidentiality

Strategic, commercial, and operational information shared by the client during any engagement is treated as confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of executing the contracted services. The same standard of care is expected from the client regarding the methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary materials shared by João Pedro Cavalcante Gonzaga.
